I have to agree with Morningriser about the Halloween taffy or as I use to call them Halloween Kisses. Not only will they pull your fillings out, but any loose teeth as well. When my kids would dump their pillowcases out after trick or treating that was usually what ended up in the garbage. Those and any apples that set off the metal detector,lol.

I never cared much for Smarties. They shouldn't be given out now since for some reason kids crush them and snort them which they say creates brain lesions, aint nobody got time fo that!

How could I forget. After reading your post I think these may be worse than guns.

I must've been the only kid to actually like (as Sculpt so delicately put it) "Mary Jane Peanut Butter Kisses Candy".

I agree with the smarties though. Never did like them. Like eating chalk tablets.

Anybody remember going to a, unbeknownst to us, dentist's house and getting a little tube of toothpaste?

At least the gross taffy IS candy ( technically ). But toothpaste for Halloween... Why don't you just open your door and give me the finger!
