Well, not to RAIN on anybody's parade- but I think Gore has made a very generous offer- he knows how to use this blogtalk system- he's done the legwork- he has everything set up- and he's offered to add a day to his broadcasting schedule that's JUST for HDC members. Why not go with it? If anyone not from HDC calls in he just says- sorry, this is HDC night, hangs up on them and the show continues.

It really seems like the easiest path to the goal to me- the GOAL being- a regular show where HDC members can call up and chat.

Think about it objectively for a minute and see what you think.

I wasn't trying to insult anyone. I was just upset, I understand what you want to do. I am all for it, have fun with it. I don't have enough listeners for anyone to get mad. I could host a show right now and no one would call because it's not promoted. Oh and by the way on BlogTalk you won't be able to do shows from 5PM-12AM during the prime time hours because its the busyest.

Sure it's possible- buy a mixing board and a phone hybrid system- $500-$1,000 investment.

Look- this is what makes blogtalk radio so unique. Don't you get it? They've set up a system where people can call in to one number and it can be broadcasted. It's THEIR innovation.
