Lambs fry aint all bad...that's more or less the liver right? That's largely what we call that here anyhows.
Liver, meant to be all kindsa good for you. I prefer the flavour of chicken liver though, and the texture is slightly less heavy, they cook rare (but not bloody) a little easier and quicker too. I prefer kidney myself, speaking of organs around that area. I think they're both ok, dependant upon the dish, and liver especially you really need to know how much to cook it, or it's fucked on either side of "just right" The balls...haven't had occasion to try that yet, but I'd give it a go, I mean...I suppose as long as the wriggle-juice was all cooked away, I'd be good to go...just another body part. Am I saying I'd eat a dick? Can't say that's something I'd strive to do while NOT intoxicated, but...if it was cut into unrecognisable servings, cooked in the right way by somebody that knew what the fuck they were doing, sure...I mean, I wouldn't eat it raw like some kinda funky flesh banana...fuck all that. I would like to try ox tongue...provided the cut was served without tastebuds attatched. Snake, for sure...anything reptilian I'd try. Pigs trotters? Never personally seen that as something that would be very good and/or worthwhile to eat...not scary, but weirds me out some. Some things i've eaten that I've seen a lot of people a little wary of, is Kangaroo, Emu, and crocodile...the croc and kanga are great...but personally, I found the emu pretty unremarkable.

I went to my friend's uncle's house for the weekend when I was twelve, and there was a bunny in a little pen in the back. I petted the bunny, and a few hours later had to eat bunny chili. They had a little bunny meat farm going. That was kind of traumatic.
