Killer with a pair of scissors?
...and it's not Chucky...
I'm trying to figure out the name of yet another horror flick from the 80s. It's a murderer killing his victims using a pair of scissors, and the movie has the mandatory victim in a yellow raincoat getting stabbed.... in the rain, at night - of course! Think it's called something like "Masada" or similar and it might be Italian, but I'm not sure... :confused:

Terror at the Opera (Opera - US title) had a nasty murder with scissors. Maybe The Burning (but they were more like hedge clippers)......

NO movie I can't think of can fit the discriptions. However a gamke acomes to mind. It's called clock tower
