Killer with a pair of scissors?

I'm trying to figure out the name of yet another horror flick from the 80s. It's a murderer killing his victims using a pair of scissors, and the movie has the mandatory victim in a yellow raincoat getting stabbed.... in the rain, at night - of course!

Think it's called something like "Masada" or similar and it might be Italian, but I'm not sure... :confused:

Communion (original title) aka Holy Terror (cut version title) aka Alice, Sweet Alice (reissue title)

Terror at the Opera (Opera - US title) had a nasty murder with scissors. Maybe The Burning (but they were more like hedge clippers)......

the Dead Zone had a scissor killer as well .. but it was a Canadian film, not Italian..
