Are clowns scary in Europe? I remember a story recently about people getting into a fight with a clown on a cruise ship somewhere in Europe. They were just upset that the clown showed up as the news story reported that the cruise specifically said no costumes.
Clowns were always joke characters in the United States. Clowns came to birthday parties and were on TV shows and at McDonalds. Although I don't think McDonalds uses the clown anymore. |
