how did you start your collections? whats the best movie or your first movie that began what might be an insane or shitty collection?

When I was a kid I grew up on Universal monster flicks, Vincent Price, and slashers. The first horror movie I bought was Dracula. It was when I was little. I don't know how old.

I started buying horror vhs tapes about 11 or 12 years ago and the rest as they say is history.
Edit: I can't remember which was the first probably Halloween, Friday The 13th, or TCM one of those.
