Yep good ol' 2D fighting is back, with some 3D mixed in there with such titles as Street Fighter 4, Super Street Fighter 4, Marvel Vs Capcom 3(coming soon), and the newly announced Mortal Kombat game. I cannot wait to rub it in the face of a friend of mine, because he said "2D fighting games suck, Mortal Kombat is better than street fighter 4 because its in 3d, and it will never go back". I would call him, but then I wouldn't be able to see his face, so I'll break it to him next time I see him. I don't really have to worry though, hes not a big gamer, so he won't be checking any of the e3 stuff. Sorry this is more me gloating than being excited about the game, which I am, don't get me wrong, I really am, I just love having a chance to gloat. :D
