urban confusion????

I watched urban legend 2 last night and got a bit confused at the end of the film. Is it supposed to all be a film, or just the end part when they're getting awards? or something else? and what's with the wheelchair bloke? I know he's the killer and that the girl pushing him is her out of the first film. however is the film supposed to be just a film he's watching? or just the end bit of it? or something else?. It didn't seem to make sense. i know it's supposed to be confusing, what with the hitchcock blurring fantasy with reality type scenario, but, to me, i just didn't get it. If that was the point then it achieved it, but in a way that confused rather than surprised me. Anyway, anyone help with an explanation please.
