Silence by far.

Then Red Dragon.

Then Hannibal.

Not that it scared the shit out of me, it was just far better than the other two. Red Dragon was alright, but Hannibal just sucked horribly.

But it's Hopkins in any case, and you can't go wrong with him.

Yes silence above all the others, but i really do like red dragon. My only problem with it is the lack of continuality via hopkins age in the prequel:( but really that cant be helped and it doesnt bother me that much. Plus red dragon has Danny Elfman for music and you really cant get much better than that can you?

Silence is the peak of the series tho, definitely, and it really sucks that we couldnt get the original book ending to hannibal, the movie really suffers because of it, Its also why jodie foster wouldnt do it:(

i liked silence the best. "it puts the lotion on its skin or else it gets the hose again," is currently my msn messenger name (but i change it every 3 seconds for some reason.

am i the only person here who like hannibal. i thought that it was cool. the ending wasn't as cool as it could have been, but the movie was still pretty cool i think. i thought that it was better than manhunter.

No your not the only one. I like it alot. Just not as much as the other 2. It does have alot of cool parts, and gary oldman who kicks ass in every role. Plus Ridley Scott directed it soo thats not a bad thing at all. It just stands agains 2 other extremely well made movies.
