Just a question or two for you folks living over there...
I saw an episode of cops or something like that - dude got pulled over and they smelled weed?
So does that give the police over there rights to search?

Also, seems like the guy had two different grades on him, the standard crap (referred to as "schwag") and some better shit.
So, do most dealers over there have a selection?
Just wondering what you usually expect...I mean is this on account of more seedbanks...etc being over that way?

See here, unless you're pretty unfortunate, they only really sell the good shit...usually one of the "white" breeds, or something like thai, or afghan.
Eg - get you fucked right up kind've stuff.
But yeah, it's like...you don't really get a selection, at least not at anyone's I've been to...

I actually imported some seeds myself so that I can move into self supply...hoping they turn out alright, got some pretty nice mixes.

So what if in the states you got caught with just a joint or something - in most cases here they'd take it or whatever but not bother running it in, same deal?

Also, when you guys refer to a "bowl", are we talking like...the small glass bowl you might keep your pre-chopped shit in, or a "cone"?

Smelling it gives them probable cause to search, even if it turns out you don't have anything.

A bowl is just the pipe you smoke from.

Cops are not allowed to search us or our cars unless they have 'probable cause'. If they smell pot, that would give them cause and they could search.

Yeah, there is usually a selection of quality and price range. (At least here in MN there is. There's usually decent stuff from Canada, shit from Mexico and then premium strains that are generally homegrown.)

Laws vary from state to state. In California, it's basically legal. Technically, I think the penalty is like a $20 fine, but it is rarely enforced. People can get it perscribed by a doctor, walk down the street smoking and buy it at coffee shops. In more conservative states like Iowa or Michigan, the same amount of weed that a Cali cop wouldn't bat an eyelash at can land you in jail.

A bowl is a general term refering to something other than a joint. It could be a pipe, a bong, a one hitter, etc.... Anything bowl shaped as opposed to rolled.
