In the Cinema
When you go to the cinema do you always go with someone, do you go by yourself, have you ever met someone who thought it was weird that you go by yourself, do you think it's weird if someone goes by themself?
Do you eat popcorn, do you drink water, do you go for the combo or sneak your own snacks in. Do you ever walk out dureing a movie and go see something else or just walk into another after the movie you went to see finishes? What do you do at the Cinema?

I don't think its so weird to go alone if its a movie you really want to see. I never have myself....but I would....if I had to.
Back "in the day" me and my friends would sneek beers in.......do the loud cough to cover up the psssssst noise when you opened it. ah yes....good times

*Sarcastic giggle* I saw Dawn of the Dead by myself, and had a good time. I got both armrests. No one asked me a single fucking question. I could find my own groove. I was better able to fully enjoy the film. I would suggest that if there is a film you really wanna see, see it alone. Then go have your shared experience with your crew. I saw SawII alone and Darkwater, but left Darkwater because it was so fucking boring.
I'm not shitting on you Dolly, just trying to be funny and mean, I hate popcorn., and I don't do liquids, because I don't want to have to pee half way through the film.

It won't be long before they let you have drinks in adult flicks. I think some theatres do have brews don't they?
God, Newb I can so see this. I have to say my best movie experience was at a drive-in but we weren't drinking our poison. However, we weren't watching a good film either. After a while it didn't really matter. Thanks, Doll.;)

Indipendent cinemas you can genearally buy an over priced beer in, but If I was to ever drink in a cinema I just take my own, but hate having to leave to take a piss if it's a good movie.
I have seen more movies by myself than with others, I find it far more enjoyable, I don't go to the movies to talk, the people who do should get blacklisted by cinemas... I like going dureing the day by myself and getting the entire cinema to myself almost. Just the other week I saw Cloverfield, I was the only person there. not suprised really, considering it sucked balls.

The friends with the same taste as me, who wont talk the whole time, don't live here. The ones that don't and will, I'd rather not go with. Therefore, I usually go alone and prefer it that way most of the time. If that's weird, oh well.
Depending on how early I am, I'll play a game or two in the arcade. I drink water, buy candy sometimes. No semblance of a clue why, but I always sit at the top right.

I like 2 thirds to the back centre...
other wise left and to the back. I like cinemas with push up arm rests so you can lounge, that's awesome.

The EMagine theater by me (in Novi, MI) has a full bar, you can get drinks before going in and if you get "premium" seats you get a wristband and have somebody come by to get you more. I could never go to a theater alone and wouldn't really want to sneak into another flick after just sitting through one.
