Okay so it wasn't great, but it is as modern as they come.
"Winner: Best Fantasy Film. Directed by Patrick Rea. How dependent are we on technology? One man learns just how inseparable we are from our machines." I couldn't find anything on this on IMDB but a friend of mine saw it on late night TV and said it was .. well scrary/funny. Not a quality horror film but for horror nuts like him he had to watch it. I looked all over the place for a copy of it and the only place i could find it was at reeltime.com anyone know where I could actually get it on DVD and not just download it.

He's talking about an entirely different movie, Posher. It simply shares the same name (if you ignore the separation). It's actually a short in a movie called Award Winning Shorts from Hollywood Scarefest. Which I assume is a festival.
