Spring Cleaning or just mental retardation???

I understand the need to clean house and remove some threads. But why in the hell did "The Dummy" thread get removed from the Indie Horror section? There are so many people out there who want info on this film that its turning heads in the mainstream horror scene! I even heard James Wan was checking it out..probably wishing his shit was that good which it most certainly is not.

Just wondering why a thread with over 1300 views was removed when you've got shit like this that
HTML Code:
http://www.horror.com/forum/showthread.php?t=28118
that has less than half the views and its made a sticky??? WHAT???

Any admin here, if so you better start getting it right. If this site is supposed to help people you're doing a piss poor job from what I've seen. Our members are more willing to insult than to provide direction, and the only direction they can provide is to new release DVD (any pre-1980 folks here?) Seems there is a huge generation gap going on around here. There was horror before M. Night Shyamalan. Hopefully there will be horror after him because that guys stuff stinks.

So, what is this, is this some movie that you made?

Did you spend a lot of money making it?

Does 1956 count as pre-1980?

@ gorefanatic - Try another (a little more honest) approach next time

Then give THEM the information...They obviously aren't HERE

And if so many people really want that information so badly, they WILL find it...This is the internet and you have posted this same information all over the place...I don't think anyone will suffer for lack of this knowledge at this ONE forum

That thread was stickied so that all shorts could be put in it, rather than making several threads for each individual short...Keeps things organized

That's simply untrue...You may know that if you ventured a little further than your own threads, or the ones you have posted in...There is information here about almost anything you can imagine...It's just a little difficult to find now that the search function only goes back as far as the 'upgrades' unless you know how to 'adjust' it

Quite a few

Actually, most people find it interesting how members of all ages can share in the discussions we have here and find common likes/dislikes and opinions...However, I'm not surprised that you would be unaware of this

Yes, we know this...We only have a very small handful of M. Night fans...And...With this one statement you have proven how very little you know about this forum, and therefore it will be difficult for your insults/insinuations/complaints to be taken seriously

In short: You know not of which you speak

Stop whining
