new DVDs to add to the collection

so I went out to buy DVDs today, had 50 euros to spare, I got these:


Henry portrait of a serial killer and mask of sanity in 1 box (really cheap)



Strangeland (just watched it, awesome movie)


hell's highway


twisted tales 2

quicksilver highway


texas chainsaw massacre next generation

if so..i didn't liked that movie..
it was ok in my book..


and it could seem strange but..i never saw henry.portrait of a serial killer:eek: :eek:

I didn't know Mathew Mcconaughy was in a TCM. Of course I didn't watch that one, but I guess you learn something new everyday. :)

and yes, I actually bought tcm, Ive been looking for the original for so long, and today this one was lying there, so I bought that one, I know it isn't as good as the first


strangeland is indeed with the pierced psycho, I loved it, he was so fucked up, then he was kinda healed, but then the lynchparty fucks him up again

yeah that is a cool cover... and the next generation is not all that bad... you just have to like insane families to love it.. to me it is the best freaking movie Matthew has played in..

Where did you get "Hell's Highway"? I saw that at the San Francisco Film Festival a few years ago before they had a distridutor. who is the distributor? I've been looking for it here in the US. It's a great movie with a little TCM feel

I also saw "Quicksilver Highway" two nights ago. It's made for US TV so it's not going to get to intense, but they are fun short stories. I liked the second story the best and it was fun to try to figure out which story was by King and which was by Barker.

I just saw it, had a nice hook on the backcover, and with a lonesome highway with a cannibal house you can't go wrong
