I posted this quiet some time ago, but since this topic is getting the ol' drag thru the mud again, I'll post it again, and well, bear in mind, I would only do this if I was, well, rather pissed off...
I'd stab a large knitting needle through a guys adams apple (or, If it were a female, just through the throat anyways...), then grab either side of the needle and yank that fucker outta there....piss in the cavity, and hit his/her head with a hammer again and again until his brain was pouring out of various wounds...give the body a petrol shower, then light it up, in front of a schoolbus full of children on their first day at school. Like I said, I'd probably have to be having a pretty bad day...

I would stick a fork in someones arm like around the wrist or what not and fuckin pull the veins out like spaghetti (sp?) then I would follow it up with a curb stomp (american history X style)
