ive heard its pretty bad. if theres a movie about a clown thats not It, chances are it sucks.

OMG...This is one of the all-time WORSE, steaming piles of shit I have EVER seen...It was embarassing to watch...It was the single reason that I gave up on Full Moon forever after...I threw it away, and didn't buy any more Full Moon videos, and I had collected them all up to that point...
And...I absolutely cannot fathom, HOW they could, WHY they would, or WHAT made them think they should make a Killjoy part TWO...Unless they just figured the second one couldn't possibly be any worse than the first...I wouldn't know about that... Actually...I believed it was THE worst movie of all-time...Until I watched Dark Harvest 2...
