Trying to find a specific movie..........

Hi all,

I hope someone can help me with this one.

When I was a child, my parents went to the drive in and watched a horror flick (I was supposed to be asleep in the backseat, but, was peeking between the seats to watch). The movie gave me nightmares for years.

I would love to see it again as I am sure it was a hookie, low-budget film that I would probably laugh at now.

Anyway, it had to have been sometime between 1965-1970 and all I can remember is that a group of people (maybe archaeologists), took something from a cave or village or something. The tribe or village or withdoctor wanted revenge so he made these doll like things come alive and kill everyone in the expedition with knitting needle type objects. I remember that one person was killed in the shower and one was stabbed in the back of the neck while sleeping (I slept with a teddy bear behind me for a LONG TIME, lol).

Anyone have any idea what this movie is?
