Looking for Movie - Wierd Exploding Head Scene
Awhile back I saw this short scene in a collection of stuff someone had spliced together.
There was an older man in a house, dressed as a woman. A girl throws a basketball(?!) at his head, which splatters against a wall. The headless body stumbles along a few feet, and collapses into a chair. That's what I rmember. It sounds like a sub-grade-B film but I'm curious what it is because it's so strange. |

Wow, that was fast, thanks.
Deadly Friend (1986) It seems like every other post is talking about that scene. Now I've gotta see it.

That movie has to have the most retarded ending. I hope that wasn't Wes Craven's idea. :D

Craven didn't write it, plus it was based on a novel.
What's wrong with the end? There's a last glimmer of hope as he tries to snatch her body again - who knows, maybe the experiment will work this time? - only for something decidedly improbable to happen. If robots can't inexplicably materialise inside of dead girlfriends, is there any hope for the rest of us?
