Anyone played LAND OF THE DEAD?

Just ordered "road to fiddlers green".
Really hoping it's good...anyone wanna discuss?

I had fun with it, pretty short though. Graphics were pretty good and I liked the physics with the bodies. There are some really cool moments in there too. I'm waiting for City of the Dead with good ole' Savini as your playable charecter.

Played the demo for x-box....was not impressed.It may have been the demo but i thought the control sucked.

Ah, controls are a big issue, especially with FPS games, it has to be comfy, and easy to pick up. I think DREAMCAST was the only system to actually get FPS controls PERFECT, eg: soldier of fortune, unreal tournament.
However, I'm getting THIS one on pc, so....hopefully the controls will be customisable enough to make it a non-issue.

I wish you could play as "sex machine", complete with cock-gun, but I think rodreguez has like trademarked that fucker...so...fun to think about anyway. Personally I don't give a great deal of a fuck that savini is in this one, but if he's involved with it, not to mention Romero being more hands on in the development, I've got very high hopes indeed...should be great.
I still wait for the definitive zombie experience...damn, maybe I oughta learn how to program games myself, I know I got concepts like !WHUT!

Played it for the P.C. I thoroughly enjoyed killing Romero zombies. Unfortunately the game is a little short. You can finish it in a day if you want to. The online death matches are pretty cool, though.
