8 Slices sounds pretty funny, however I didn't notice a reply regarding your level of experience on this sort of endeavor. If you want my advice, don't let your friends get drunk during filming.

Well not long, me and my brother have done short videos and my brother is currently taking a class on it to kind of help. Either way, this will be our first full length. Though if any of my friends were drunk when they come to filming, I'll beat them sober haha.

Well sure, but beating up drunk people is another movie all together.

Seriously, don't let your friends get drunk during filming, they'll try, and it'll turn into a big waste of time. People hate working for free, even your friends, and generally when people are not getting paid it makes them feel like turning it into a 'good time'. I have seen it happen more times than you are years old, trust me.

What about if there doing cocaine? Things will get done with more speed and efficiency surely.

ya, blow is way too expensive. Stock up on instant coffee and Pixie Sticks instead.
