Hey, new to the forum, looking forward to chatting about horror movies with the lot of you. And now a question for the community...
What horror movie got you into the genre? Mine would have to be Hellraiser. I had seen some horror movies before that, but when I was 11 and my sister and I stayed up to watch 'Movies at Midnight' on TV, and I saw Frank emerge from the floorboards, the solidified it. I had never been more scared of horror in my life, so I made it my life.

Welcome to the forum.
For me it was Tremors and Child's Play. Tremors introduced me to horror and Child's Play was the first to scare me. I was really young.

I got hooked on horror when I saw the film Halloween. Have seen it every day since.

Hello and welcome.
The first horror movie I think I ever saw was Amityville 2, I was very young and it scared me but left such an impression that I watched other movies either staying up late at night and watching them on tv or through my two sisters VHS collection or what they rented. Been hooked ever since.
