Lifeforce (1985)
Based on the book Space Vampires. And that's what the movie's about. The (over)acting's pretty good, story wasn't bad either but the movie was about a half hour too long.

Too repetitive, but Michael Ironside was of course perfetly casted as the ice cold serial killer who terrorizes a hospital.

RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD (1985). Always liked this one. Pretty visceral, but decent soundtrack (had it on vinyl) and lots of humor, especially by James Karen. For a couple of months, would call friends/brother and say when they answered "I know you're there...'cause I can smell your brains!"
