I'm ashamed to admit I haven't read it yet, but it's from an era I enjoy reading and I have a copy on my shelf. What's holding me up? Stuff. Maybe when I finish Brian Aldiss's SPACE OPERA anthology I'll give it a go.

I've read Brian Keene's version of it, that's about it. Pretty good. It made me want to read the original
