So to embed a video, you have to do this:

So let's say the full link to the video I want to post is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H6MMEsD_Avo
Then I just take everything goes after the "v=" part, so "H6MMEsD_Avo"
and I put it in-between tags like this (obviously without spaces):

[ youtube ] H6MMEsD_Avo [ /youtube]

And voila:
