Don't know why this seems to be so hated, I really loved the concept! Far better than most of the offerings in the franchise, and I appreciated the sparing use of Freddy. The ending was good right up until the fairly slapstick fight with the Freddy-Demon...didn't quite catch the right tone for me.

People hate that one? That's my second favorite right after the original. I thought it was genius.

The Woman

didnt know this was a jack ketchum story (the lost)till i read the back after i had hired it,gutted coz i havnt read the book and i know it would have been soo much better.
still an alright movie anyway,good ending as usual with ketchum

Honestly? No.


1 is my favorite, 2 and 3 are close competition for number 2. New Nightmare is probably my least favorite of the franchise other than the remake.
