Trying To Figure Out A Certain Horror Film...

I honestly can't give much information on it except the following.

The 'bad' people in the movie are dressed in a very old fashion, almost Victorian looking.

They are out in the woods, their community looks like they are having a festival of some sort.

There are a few teenagers I believe that come/stumble upon the village.

A girl is literally squashed by what I thought to be a solid bell shaped object or something else when standing on a porch, one of the 'bad' people says "For a small girl, she sure had a lot of guts" or something similar to that.

Another guy gets thrown on a car and literally has a spear or pointed pole speared into his behind and the tip comes out his mouth, the people in the background or jumping around clapping.

I am not actually looking for this movie so I can watch, however, I was watching one of those 'best horror death scenes' videos on youtube and it showed that, however, it did not display the name of the movie and now I cannot find the link back to that particular video, hence the description. It's just something that's bothering me because I don't know, not because I'm really interested, gore/horror is boring to me.

But help would be appreciated! Thanks!
