I think most women enjoy the sensation of having their boobage caressed or massaged, but there's also the fact that a lot of women are very self-conscious of their bodies and if you can't relax you can't enjoy.
I myself suffer from (yes, suffer from) unusual amounts of breast tissue, or whatever the hell it's called. My puppies are too big for comfort anyway and I am currently trying to have them, government-paid for, made smaller. They earn me a lot of compliments (mostly of course from giggling female friends who likes to grab them and shove them together and marvel at their weight) but sadly I still feel like a pregnant cow slouching around kicking myself in my ten tonne udders. So yeah... I love having them caressed as much as the next gal but I'm not entirely comfortable with it.
