Top Classic Movies By Decade

Okay, I lied. This first section covers 1922-1944; my knowledge of horror films from this era is quite limited so you'll probably notice some glaring omissions, but I will say up front that movies that feature a sad, tragic villain leave me feeling so depressed I have no urge to watch them again. I'll do the 1950s and 1960s soon.

Anyway, my top picks from 1922-1944 (in no particular order):

Nosferatu (1922)
Dracula (1931)
The Lady Vanishes (1938)
Rebecca (1940)
Gaslight (1944)

Carnival of Souls was very creepy and riddling so its good, but as far as The Blob goes it has its good elements but very corny definitely!

Always have and always will say that the 60s were the best of the decades of horror.
