Tom Waits' Bone Machine has been spending a lot of time in my player recently. It's one of his very best albums, and this is one of his very best songs, I think.

Excellent, newb. Those are two great songs.
Haha, anyone that isn't familiar with Tom Waits needs only to watch those two videos to realize he's both a bad-ass and a complete lunatic.

The Artesians- Trick Bag

I've been listening to this song like crazy lately. It's a single from one of the hundreds and hundreds of American garage groups that cut some tunes and then were forgotten about until their records are happened across by people like Norton or Crypt records and then reissued (or more accurately, issued for the first time).
I just couldn't believe how raw and intense and completely great this song was.

I have been listening to the latest Fauves album a lot the last week, here are some clasic cuts from there 20 years as a band.

Just in case an entire generation missed this song/album/band.
