Though I enjoyed FVJ a lot but generally I don't like to see them in fights against each other rather than work in collaboration.:)

Michael is very dead, the next movie hasn't been released yet so technically he's still dead, same with Freddy, the next movie hasn't been released yet so technically he's still a head.

Then why did he wink HEADLESS!!! If there DEAD then of course they go to HELL but also Freddy and Jason have already been in and out of Hell
