Donnie Darko, and I tried to read The Philosophy of Time Travel extra on the DVD but the letters were too small. Gonna find it online somewhere because i was told that it makes the movie make a lot more sense.

Sisters

Loved it. The early De Palma stuff is so fucking good. Really dig the split screen stuff. The murder at the start made me jump a little... really creepy.

Pusher 3

The best of the trilogy for me... can't wait to see more from this director.

It's very apparently a TV movie, with the same lack of style you find in most, and the same range of TV actors. John C. McGinley (Dr. Cox from Scrubs) stars as the killer. The story is told in a straightforward manner, with none of the mind games & tricks that High Tension used, but also not nearly the level of brutality, violence, tension or gore.

As High Tension only adapted the first half of the book, it's interesting to see what else was in the book. Also worth a look if you're a McGinley fan. Other than that, only mildly interesting.
thanks for the review....I was thinking of watching that....perhaps I'll pass.

McGinley played an allright lunatic in "surviving the game", I wouldn't mind seeing him in another role like this...and it'd be funny to like expect Cox-isms and never get 'em.
I liked Haute Tension, was high tension a remake or dub of that, I'm not sure.
I'd see this to know what more there was to the story.

You just reminded me how good the atmosphere was in that film...wish more horror was this well done.

Dance of the Dead

A few cheap laughs. Some comic violence. It barely kept my interest.

Dude, that movie was so much fun! It's been done a thousand times, but I enjoyed it nonetheless.
