***Dark City spoiler alert*** i think that the premise of the ending was fine, but the way it was played out just reeked of Scanners. i just think the the direction could have given it a different feel and appearance. The movie, to me at least, had a pretty fresh look to it up to that point, and then BAM! =>Scanners intense consternation face-off. i agree, though, that that was the most plausible premise for the ending. The Soloist Foxx and Downey Jr. both give very good performances, but beyond that this one isn't anything new or exciting. Worth a watch if you're a big fan of either of the leads, but otherwise it's nothing special.

Autopsy (2008) >>: D+ Fatal Rescue (2008) Poor script with a very mediocre story. >>: D Kill Theory (2009) After watching the annoying films like the above two, it was a great fun indeed. Decent effort. >>: B
