I just watched Sick Girl a few days ago. I'm not really sure if I dislike that movie or actually hate it. Man, that was a weird one!

There are much better Masters of Horror, Stuart Gordon's The Black Cat and Brad Anderson's Sounds Like should give you a good start. You have to look at the track record of these directors, nothing but quality.
As far as movies that have not been mentioned: Event Horizon, Mirrors, Beyond Re-Animator, Brainscan. All good ones Hope that helps |
