The Leopard Man
Nobody makes a horror movie like Val Lewton - especially teamed with Tourneur. I found the characters pretty flat in this one, but otherwise it was just dripping with his signature style and atmosphere. I've been wanting to see this for a long time, and it didn't disappoint at all. The first killing is one of the most suspenseful moments ever captured on film...scary as hell.

That one is really poorly paced, but the ending is worth it. Been awhile since I watched it, but as I recall the last 10 minutes or so are intense.

I'll have to watch the rest of it tomorrow night. Thanks! Just watched 30 minutes of The Craft on Netflix. I never realized before how much Fairuza Balk looks like Tim Curry in Rocky Horror Picture Show! :D
