I've had my car vandalized several times and I live in a "nice" area. @Nova Baltimore has gone under a huge revitalization over the last decade with previously seedy areas are now hot metropolitan spots and there are new neighborhoods being revitalized as we speak. If you want to rehab old homes, Baltimore is really the town for it.

You remember the picture of the priory I posted? Pretty scary actually, one of my towns many Polish people was killed there a few days ago. Down at the river for which my town is named, a dead body was found after he fell in and another guy was strangled then hanged off a bridge before that. It's all going tits up here!
