Avatar Help!
Could anyone do me a huge favor and help me format a picture to a appliable size for an avatar?
I can't even attach the image I want in this thread because it's too big (22 KB), but I could e-mail it to whoever would be kind enough to lend me a hand. Thanks!

Use paint.net. Save the picture straight from the internet, open it with paint.net, click image, resize and get it to within 150 x 150, then click save and move the pointer down to 2.4kb.
