the shark with legs i would say might be genuine, the rest are obvious fakes.

aorry to say, there are no recorded giant jellyfish that big. i stress recorded, no onw knows what lives in the midwater area between the top 100 feet an d the bottom, it is the lleast explored area on our planet.

mostly because studying it in a sub has been comapred to studying the grand canyon at night in a helecopter, using only a canlde for light.

Is that weird lizard thing for real? It looks cool!

I read up on coconut crabs just now and those are neat animals...they open coconuts and pull the meat out with their claws! They are the only animal that can do that.....it's wild...

Yup! Here's the article for the shark with legs:

http://www.underwatertimes.com/news....id=73210864950

That picture just amuses, interests, and creeps me out all at the same time...

The "mermen" are obvious fakes (which make me laugh)...

The "Diplocaulus" was made my a Japanese artist which he photographed in a pan on his lawn to appear as though he caught it. The neat thing about that picture was that people actually took it seriously at the time. I can understand why; for a forgery, it looks pretty damn good (I know that I thought it was real when I first saw it).

It's an actual dinosaur, though. Just not... Still living. heh

no, if you look closely, you can tell it has been photoshopped. A REALLY good photoshop, however.

the creature is a Diplocaulus, an amphibian that predates the dinosaurs by quite a bit. It si one of those things that if a living one were found, it would be a HUGE deal. Do you remember the hubbub when they finally got a live giant squid on film a few years back?

It would be way bigger than that, even bigger than the coelocanth.

give me a bit and i will round up some really cool real animals.

Box Jellyfish. Doesnt look like much, but they are the most poisonous creature alive.

deep sea isopod. think of a pill bug that lives on the botton of the ocean, the size of a football.

Viperfish. Tiny, but they look fucking cool.

Goblin shark. Butt ugly, but real
