Mexican food

Quesadillas, beans and rice, beer(coronas) along with something that had to do with boiled pig fat or something, I didn't entirely understand them when they told me what it was, but I stayed away from it. but there was this salad(kind of) that was really good. It was Jicama(mexican potato) cubed and lime juice, dusted with cayanne pepper, it was really crunchy, kinda sweet, kinda sour, and spicy. I recommend trying it.
