Pyramid Head, from Silent Hill  One kick ass demon, this bad boy proved how vicious he was by ripping the skin clean off a woman. Perfection? close. VS Project: Nemesis, from Resident Evil: Apocalypse  So he's technically a human... or was. No one in their right mind (except Milla Jovovich) would face down this guy.
