The title of this cheesy movie.

Couple of years ago i've seen a cheap 80's horror movie (vhs)

The story is : Young blond playboy(with a mullet) got a home from is grand mother who just died or something.
So as this house is a big house he say's to himself "that house is to big for one person, i'm gonna rent it to beautiful young ladies"....ladies come to is home an they start dying.
The guy is supposed to have psycological power and there's shot of him in is bath spinning a floating soap....
Also there's a flashy warning before each crime scene,titled as "each time there will be a scene of extreme violence,you will see this..." (close up of a hand on a pink background doing a inversed peace sign, or something like that).
