Eastern Promises
Wow. Cronenberg moves into Scorsese territory with this one. Dense, rich, beautifully acted and gripping. I was simply blown away by the growth of this filmmaker whom I already adore, but now I simply stand in awe of him. 9/10

"Lady in white" 7-8/10
A little horror/mystery gem from the past, with a few creepy scenes up its sleeves. All horror fans in all ages should catch this one.
