trying to find a movie

i remember watching this movie along time ago at a friends sleep over party. i kinda remember the name but not quite and i've googled til i can't google no more. the title was something to the effect of "mr. (insert forgotten name)'s night of (terror, horror, something lke that)". anyone know what i'm talking about? i saw it about 10 years ago, thus my memory fails me.

see, that's part of the problem. me and my friend were talking about it and we can't remember much. what i can remember is that it was set in some place like morroco or some place like egypt. the main character was a blond girl who has these dreams in which there's this creepy looking guy with an eye patch. in the dreams there's a few religious innuendos. i remember this scene where she ends up at a place where she sees this lady dancing with a snake. she meets this guy who rides horses naked. i remember it being very sexual. and not much else comes to mind. i'm trying my best to piece it together but it was a long time ago. probably about 10 years ago.

if i had to guess at the title it would've been "mr. cooper's night of terror" or something like that. but a google search find nothing.
