Exactly.....I haven't had a coke since New Years eve and I've lost 54 lbs. Of course I am back in the gym 5 days a week and cut out MOST of the crap I use to eat. :)

Hey there Doll Face, long time no hear from you.....I know, I've had a coke for breakfast for the last 35 years and probably drank at least 2 liters a day. It is the thing I miss most since I started this diet new years eve :(

I thought I was the only one that had a coke first thing in the morning....:p I have been drinking green tea now in the mornings, on the recommendation of a friend. Can't say I am lovin' it though......:rolleyes:.....I've cut back to about a can a day....if I am bad 2.....if I'm good sometimes I can avoid it altogether for a day. ;)

I don't drink many fizzy drinks, never really have, so when I have a diet one now its like a treat. I don't like the word cheat so I will use treat hehe, I have a treat night just to keep me happy. You appreciate a slice of pizza and a pint of cider (drools) more when you don't get to have it all the time.

I am totally slacking on eating right lately but I did notice when I was eating really healthy and then ate something at a fats food place-I got sick.
Last year we ate out alot for about 3 weeks and I actually started to CRAVE Burger King burgers. You can get addicted and un-addicted to crap food.Just remember that.:) |

Diets do not work, period. Once you lose the weight, if you dont exercise and keep eating healthy, you gain every bit back. Changing how you eat and exercise is the only way to lose and keep the weight off.
