Ergh...how do those things get in there anyway? burrow their way in?

I mean doesnt the person feel it getting into his/her eye?

I would probably freak out of that happened and grab a knife. Seriously, I don't know how I would handle it. The story behind my picture is on Snopes and I just thought it was a cool, very horror-esque sig pic for now. Tentacle Love had run its course.

The kid in this pic had wind blow dust into his eye... dust that included a botfly egg.
