Being able to control the Reston Ebolavirus Filoviridae would probably be all you'd need.
An airborn version of the Ebola hemorrhagic fever could wipe out anything in its path - causing vomiting, diarrhea, changes in skin color, general body pain, internal and external bleeding, and fever with the cause of death usually due to hypovolemic shock or Multiple organ dysfunction syndrome. That's all I'd nee, a virus that obeys my whims mwahahahahahaa

I think the world will end via natural processes stemming from it's own life and those phenomena that occurs in space. I don't have any truck with strange catastrophic end time stories and such as that. Strange, huh?
