horror and me

hey everybody. i'm kinda new to this so bear with me. what got me here was the pics i saw on myspace of jason vs leatherface. i LOVE horror movies (and novels) and i like to think i know some things about the genre. i've seen quite a lot of horror movies in my lifetime, starting way back when i was little with movies like Burnt Offerings and all those black and whites from saturday morning theater, like frankensteins daughter, etc. i've had some studio training in my home town; my friends and i want to someday make our own horror movie. sometimes we'll watch amovie and see how we could have improved it, cuz some of them are so cliche you can predict the ending. i can appreciate all different kinds of horror movies. for instance, i like Feast, Blair Witch, and Toxic Avenger 4. i like FReddy vs. Jason and Evil DEad. i like almost all horror movies. my favorites are john carpenters movies and tobe hoopers. i like to read stephen king, clive barker, dean koontz and raymond e feist. i just read cell. it was i thought a differeft take on "night of the living dead" type stories. oh i love brian yuznas movies as well, too. Reanimator kicks ass
