Actually, you could just go to amazon.com, search for The Exorcist under DVDs, then under the DVD they have a section titled "other movies bought by users that also bought this movie" or some shit like that... Then you just click on those, and you'll be led all over the place eventually.

Or even up and down the sides they have the lists that members make of their favorite horror movies.

I've spent plenty of time doing both and un-covering tons of stuff that I thought would be interesting.

Damn right! Amazon just sucks me in all the time!!! Although only use it for reference now as there's many cheaper places to buy from.

My suggestions are
If you like Gore get some Japanese and Italian horror
If you like comedic gory horror get some Troma
If you like teenagers getting killed get 80`s slashers

Maniac, Mothers Day, City of the Living Dead, TCM, BrainDead AKA Dead Alive, Hellraiser, The Mutilator, MadMan, Slaughterhouse, Evil Toons, The Beyond............

:D

Yes I saw it two days ago as Sci-Fi aired it. I liked it, nothing on the original with was dark and horrific - this one was more light and sci-fi ish but I still enjoyed it.
