No, you see, the thing is, the weirdness YOU are all talking about--the happy pants weirdness--that sort of weirdness happens year round. That's not what the Halloween Hoochies are about!

Halloween Hoochies is all about the nervousness and giddiness that relates to the holiday! Haven't you noticed all the weird threads, the angry threads lately? People responding to threads in an unusally irritated fashion? Well, I don't think it's an accident, I think it's the Halloween Hoochies!

The slutty costumed gals that were mentioned before, they can figure into this merriment, certainly, but to clearly label and differentiate them (so we can give them the attention they crave/deserve) I will call those ones "Halloween Floozies."

So, hopefully our terminology is now clear. Halloween Hoochies, Halloween Floozies.

read some Ray Bradbury if you want to learn about the 'halloween whatevers'

Something wicked this way comes
The October Country
Dandelion Wine
The Halloween Tree

he describes the strange autumn feeling perfectly.

never saw it attached to the feeling of irritability and nastiness before ..

but it does include mystery, change, restlessness...

its not so much a halloween thing as it is an autumn thing .. the wind, the falling leaves, the early darkness, etc
