just rented the movie online
i just signed up on netflix.com and rented the movie "Welcome to Spring Break (1988)" yesterday (along with another title) and should get it tomorrow.
So hopefully it will be the movie i was looking for... Restricted. Under 17 requires accompanying parent or adult guardian. Genres: Horror Slashers and Serial Killers Teen Screams

well i just seen the movie
it was ok, lots of wet tshirt contests and girls flashing their T&A's :P but not the movie i was looking for :(
i thought and thought... i think the story was more like someone who kidnapped young women to satisfy his lust, or something like that. and he would tie them up and basically use them... and maybe killed them afterwards.. anyone has any idea what i am talking about?

Hmmm...I do have this one movie that sounds a hell of a lot like the one you just mentioned.
Naked Massacre (1976) The site calls it 'Born For Hell'. But this might just be the movie you're thinking of.

Naked Massacre is quite rare, though I did come across a bootleg DVD in reasonable quality.
There is some tying up of women and some sleazy scenes in it - I'm sure the brief on IMDb will confirm if it is the film you are looking for.

The Nostrel Picker (1993)
About a pervert that is invisible and can perve on all the teenage girls in the town / city (haven't watched in a while), but slowly it causes him to go insane by making himself invisible. Many dodgy shots in the movie and it is funny, maybe shouldn't have been, but is.
